[This is not going the way Dib had expected. He'd been vaguely hoping the confronting Eridan in front of the class with evidence beyond 'you look like an alien why is everyone else an idiot' would be enough to provoke him into the kind of confrontation that would be obvious to everyone. It's clear that this is not happening. In fact, Eridan doesn't even look angry that his attempt on Dib's life had failed, and that's both frustrating and a touch alarming. How much firepower does this alien have that he isn't worried about the ray gun failing?]

[And there are a lot of people in Dib's life who talk like idiots, but what the hell is Eridan talking about? What 'case' is he referring to? This is stupid. Eridan is stupid. Or brilliant? Does he know about Membrane's medical treatments? Was this all some test to see how much of a threat Dib's family was as a whole? If that's what's going on here, Dib makes a mental note not to let on that his dad absolutely does not believe in aliens.]
