[So he has to go along with the peasant husbandry program, a subset of the Selective Genetic Advantage program. It's a simple set of ideals, and it's etched onto metal plates on the side of the containment center, although half of the Prospitians they hold in here are so poor they haven't even learned to read.]

It's only a step up from ethnic cleansing, really, and it really goes to show how far the Dersites have come in their racism against the working class.
